ScoutX is an AI workspace for teams managing complex client relationships. It helps authorised teams work with context from workspaces, chats, posts, connected Google Sheets, and maintained memory. ScoutX supports human judgment; people decide what happens next. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

• When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for activities or actions under that password.

In no event shall ScoutX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
